Five Steps To Healing A Love Relationship will bring more joy into your heart.
Every relationship could use an occasional house cleaning, and harmonizing with your deepest vision for that relationship. Healing means to come into alignment with your soul-fullness, your inner values and agreements. Where there is has been a loss of respect, acts or words that create wounds, then as a result of those wounds resentments will build up in the loving relationship. If you to clear the hurts and heal the love wounds, there is a need to release the suffering caused by anger or resentment. Once you release the hurts there will be a return to love.
Five Steps To Healing A Love Relationship Exercise:
This exercise is best performed in the morning, and evening or whenever you have a quiet moment.
1. Select a person that you have a relationship with which needs healing. There will likely be some resentment, hurt, misunderstanding or anger.
If you have a sincere motivation to heal the love relationship then your efforts will eventually produce results over time. But, it is important to be patient because you cannot control the actions of your loved one. You are only responsible for controlling you own loving actions and intentions.
2. In your quiet moments, speak to them in the quiet of your mind asking for forgiveness, or forgiving them, expressing appreciation, gratitude and a desire for a more loving relationship. Do this three times a day for several weeks. If you miss a day, or get discouraged, just start again with confidence that this an important work.
You can also use an affirmations, such as,
* May Love surround and heal our relationship.
* I love and honor you for all the good you bring to my life.
* Thank you for loving me as best you can.
* I appreciate the joy you bring to my life.
* I respect and honor you.
3. Say a prayer which you find most beneficial while thinking of them. When reciting the prayer, see the power of the divine light and love surrounding your relationship bring more love into your lives.
This prayer is especially helpful. It shold be recited slowly, with heartfelt intention, pausing between each stanza:
Love to all beings, north, south, east west, Love to all beings.
Compassion to all beings, north, south, east west, Compassion to all beings.
Joy to all beings, north, south, east west, Joy to all beings.
Serenity to all beings, north, south, east west, Serenity to all beings.
The feeling you are generating is to bring these qualites into your love relationship, as well as ask for them to be spread to everyone who needs these healing energies.
If this prayer doesn’t speak to you, then choose another which connects you to Spirit, God or your Higher Power.
4. Pick one action to perform each day which expresses some kind of loving support. This could be a positive phone call, getting a greeting card, cooking for them, complimenting them, treating them to a meal, performing an act of service or other activity of your own choosing.
Watch what happens after this several week period passes to see if your relationship improves. Sometimes the results come right away, and at other times healing power of love takes a little longer to mirror back in your relationship.
5. Your motivation needs to be to act with love regardless of how they react or respond in return. This is very important because treating someone you love with expectation is not really love. You have to give freely in order for this to work.
